Your username will be your full Savannah Tech Email address.
Tip: Don't forget the "s" on the end of students.

Your initial password will be your birth date in this format: mmddyyyy.
Example: May 13, 1995 will look like 05131995
The last alternate email address and phone number that you have given to Savannah Tech or added through your Banner Account will be used to assist you with resetting your password.

It is very important to setup alternative security questions to enable password self-service in O365. To update your alternate security questions, please follow these steps:

Please enter your personal email. This should be the alternate email that is listed on your Banner Account.
Your email is activated 24 hours after the first time you register for classes and is disabled two years after your last enrollment.
If you have been registered for more than 24 hours, but you have not reset your password through Microsoft's self-service reset, waited for at least 20 minutes or checked your Alternate Email Address (Inbox, Junk, Spam), then please try that first. If you have done all three, then you can proceed to submit this form.
Once you have submitted this form, it can take up to 24 hours Monday through Friday and up to 48 hours over the weekend before you receive a response. Please do not submit the form more than one time as this could slow response time.
If you are having a Blackboard Login Issue like you have changed your password, phone number or are not receiving the code to login to Blackboard, then you will need to select, I can't login to the Okta Portal from the drop-down menu. Although you are trying to access Blackboard, the login goes through the Okta Portal and the IT Department will need to reset your authentication options/password.
