Emergency Notifications

Not Receiving Notifications?

STC may send notifications via any of the combination of the possible communication mediums. However, if you know you have missed a communication that you should not have please follow the steps below.

  1. Navigate to Banner Web.
  2. Click Enter Secure Area.
  3. Enter your User Id and PIN number then click the Next.
  4. Click Personal Information
  5. Click View Email Address(es) or View Address(es) and Phone(s). If either are incorrect, click the Personal Information tab at the top of the page and continue to step 6 below.
  6. If any of the information was incorrect.
    1. Click the Update Address(es) and Phone(s) link
    2. Click the Primary link.
    3. Update your information and click Submit.
  7. If your email address was incorrect
    1. Click the Update Email Address(es) link.
    2. Click the email address you want to update.
    3. Update your information and click Submit.
