Not Receiving Notifications?
STC may send notifications via any of the combination of the possible communication mediums. However, if you know you have missed a communication that you should not have please follow the steps below.
- Login in to your OTKA Portal
- Choose Banner MySTC
- Under Banner Web Links
- Click Update Banner Web Account Information
