Emergency Notifications
Not Receiving Notifications?
STC may send notifications via any of the combination of the possible communication mediums. However, if you know you have missed a communication that you should not have please follow the steps below.
- Go to Banner Web using Email.
- Click Enter Secure Area.
- Enter your Email Username and Password number then click Sign In.
- Click Personal Information
- Click View Email Address(es) or View Address(es) and Phone(s). If either are incorrect, click the Personal Information tab at the top of the page and continue to step 6 below.
- If any of the information was incorrect.
- Click the Update Address(es) and Phone(s) link
- Click the Primary link.
- Update your information and click Submit.
- If your email address was incorrect
- Click the Update Email Address(es) link.
- Click the email address you want to update.
- Update your information and click Submit.
