2. Complete an Application for Admission.

3. Submit a $25 nonrefundable application fee.

4. Submit official transcripts:

  • Submit official high school or GED transcripts electronically to the campus to which you are applying:
  • If your high school or GED transcript cannot be submitted electronically, it can be dropped off in a sealed (unopened) envelope or mailed to the campus to which you applied

  • Transcripts from all previously attended post-secondary institutions are required only if:
    • You would like to transfer the successfully completed (earned grade of C or better) courses from a previously attended college.
    • You would like to be evaluated for the HOPE scholarship.
    • You would like to apply for a competitive admission program:

5. Satisfy Placement Requirements

  • You will not have to take a placement exam if:
    • You have a high school diploma and an overall/cumulative high school GPA of 2.0 or higher
    • You are enrolling in a Basic Workforce Certificate program that does not require a high school diploma or GED completion (i.e.: Commercial Truck Driving, Nurse Aide)
    • You have satisfactory scores on one of the following (official score reports must be submitted to Admissions):
      • GED, PSAT, SAT, ACT, ASSET, ACCUPLACER, or COMPASS test results (refer to the program web page for specific scores)
    • You have completed an English or Math course with a grade of “C” or better from a previously attended post-secondary institution. 
    • Students who cannot provide one of the items listed above will be required to take a placement exam.

6. Submit proof of residency and verification of lawful presence to the campus to which you applied.
