Bistro Savoir Interactif November 14, 2024
Interactif (Nov. 2024) will feature four destinations stations along with appetizers and desserts. Guests will travel around the world with elegant tasting opportunities paired with wine selections at the destination stations with take-home recipes. Three stations will feature chef demonstrations where guests work alongside chefs to learn techniques of making:
- GEORGIA- Ossetian Cheese and Potato Pie
- VIETNAM- Banh Xeo “Happy Pancakes”- Banh Xeo with dipping sauce
- IRELAND- boxty potatoes – Guinness braised Irish beef short rib with boxty potatoes, herb glazed root veg and spiced red cabbage
- Guests will enjoy a tour of shrubs with craft cocktails with Loni Lewis from Rhoot Man Beverage.
Cost is $150 per person with proceeds supporting the Patrick Ansley Williams Scholarship at Savannah Technical College. Seating is limited. Advance tickets may be purchased online by Nov. 12 (or when sold out). The event is 21+ and all IDs will be checked. No one under 21, please.
