Bistro Savoir, from the Savannah Culinary Institute at Savannah Technical College, features the finest quality ingredients that are locally sourced and handmade under the direction Baking/Pastry Chef instructors. Savannah Culinary Institute has earned distinction as one of the top four culinary programs in the country according to the American Culinary Federation.

Pre-order seasonal sales of artisan breads and delectable desserts are offered in October/November for Thanksgiving and in January/February for Valentine’s Day. Visit the Bistro Savoir website for sales.

Bistro Savoir Interactif 2023

Interactif 2023 will feature four destinations stations along with appetizers and desserts. Guests will travel around the world with elegant tasting opportunities paired with wine selections at the destination stations with take-home recipes. Three stations will feature chef demonstrations where guests work alongside chefs to learn techniques of making:

  • FRANCE – artisan sourdough crackers (bonus recipe sourdough starter)
  • SPAIN – bacalao fritters
  • BRAZIL- mole spice rub
  • USA – Guests will learn about craft cocktail pairings infused with gourmet shrubs made in the USA by Rhoot Man (Sidney Moses Lance).

Cost is $125 per person with proceeds supporting the Patrick Ansley Williams Scholarship at Savannah Technical College. Seating is limited to 100. Advance tickets may be purchased online by March 19 (or when sold out). The event is 21+ and all IDs will be checked. No one under 21, please.
