Associate Professional in Human Resources ® (aPHR ®) Exam Prep | (Self-Paced, 12 month Access, 135 hours) The Associate Professional in Human Resources is the first-ever Human Resources certification designed for professionals who are just beginning their HR career journey. Customer Service Representative (CSR) Exam Prep | The customer service representative plays an essential role in an organization’s success through providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems. Business Performance Courses
High-Performance Organization (Online) This course will provide you with the information needed to help your organization with its efforts to become a High Performance Organization (HPO). The lesson will begin by discussing the four principles of a HPO: Egalitarianism and Engagement, Shared Information and Trust, Knowledge Development and Performance Reward Linkage and how to link those principles with organizational activities to be a HPO to implementation of the principles. You’ll also discuss leadership and how the organization’s culture can help or hinder your efforts to become a HPO.
