Savannah Technical College graduates are career ready with training employers want for high-demand jobs. Within one year of graduation, 99.9% of our graduates are working or continuing their education and 95.0% are working in their field of study (AY20). And our grads make more money. According to the Census Bureau, someone with an associate degree earns about $10K/year more than someone with a high school diploma.
With more than 45 programs, Savannah Technical College has training for careers in health care, manufacturing, aviation technology, business and professional services, industrial technology, and general studies. High demand industry training is also available with additional HOPE Career Grant funding for those that qualify. Start here and transfer 28 general education (core) courses to any University System of Georgia institution.

Chef Mashama Bailey to present keynote at Tribute to Community STARs 2022
Mashama Bailey, award-winning chef and co-founder of The Grey, will be the keynote speaker at the 16th annual Tribute to Community STARs hosted by the Savannah Technical College Foundation Community Council on Friday, October 28, 2022. The STARs (Savannah Tech Achievement Recognition awards) event has recognized 300 people for their service and dedication in the community or at work. Practical Nursing student receives 2022 CCIA scholarship
Cuyler Community Improvement Association, Inc. (CCIA) presented Savannah Tech Practical Nursing Student Candice Medlock with the Ursuline B. Law Medical Scholarship. This $1,000 scholarship will be used for practical nursing program costs for Medlock. Read More

Savannah Technical College serves Coastal Georgia with quality, market-driven technical education with campus locations in Chatham, Effingham and Liberty Counties. Serving more than 10,000 credit and non-credit students annually, Savannah Tech offers nearly 150 different instructional programs in Aviation Technology, Business and Professional Services, Industrial Technology, and Health Sciences in addition to Adult Education classes, industry-specific training and continuing education. The College serves as an economic and community development partner for the region, offering corporate and customized training and assessment programs for business and industry.
