Please note, if you are having a Blackboard Login Issue like you have changed your password, phone number or are not receiving the code to login to Blackboard, then you will need to select, “I can’t login to the Okta Portal” from the drop-down menu on the help form. Although you are trying to access Blackboard, the login goes through the Okta Portal and the IT Department will need to reset your authentication options/password.
