Skylar Huggett Women in Welding Scholarship

Earn $500 for welding tools and equipment if you are the female welding student with the highest GPA after your first semester at Savannah Tech. Welding is offered at the Savannah, Effingham and Liberty Campuses. One scholarship will be awarded for each of these campuses annually.

Skylar Huggett was selected as the 2017 Georgia Occupational Award of Leadership (GOAL) top technical college student in Georgia by the Technical College System of Georgia. She graduated from Savannah Technical College with a Welding & Joining diploma and a 4.0 GPA in May 2017.

Applications will be accepted prior to each semester beginning the first of the month: June (fall), October (spring) and March (summer). Deadlines will vary. Apply online now!
