STC STUDENT MESSAGE:
As you are aware, Savannah Technical College has experienced an extended Internet Outage. As a result, all students’ passwords must be reset. Here are the steps you should take to reset your password:
1. Visit the OKTA Portal at https://savannahtech.okta.com
2. Click on: Need help signing in?
3. Click on: Forgot Password?
4. Select how you want to receive your reset code and follow the instructions you receive.
If you have an issue remembering your Multi-Factor Authentication info, please submit a student technical support form.

If you have an issue remembering your Multi-Factor Authentication information, please contact your supervisor. Once your supervisor has verified your identity, your supervisor can submit an IT request to have your MFA reset. Your supervisor should email requests to servicedesk@savannahtech.edu .
