  • Student leadership and membership information
  • Advisor agreement (faculty or staff)
  • Proposed bylaws, meeting schedule, and affiliations

Charter applications are reviewed by the Student Activities Coordinator and approved by the Vice President for Student Affairs and the College President. Approved organizations may use college facilities and are eligible for student activity funding in accordance with College and TCSG policies.

Organization Benefits

  • Conduct approved fundraising activities
  • Advertise on campus

Rules, Fundraising, and Oversight

All student organizations must have a faculty or staff advisor and must comply with College policies, TCSG regulations, and applicable laws. Fundraising activities require prior approval and are limited per semester. Financial records and annual budgets must be submitted as required to remain eligible for funding.

The Student Activities Coordinator and the Vice President for Student Affairs oversee student organizations to ensure compliance and alignment with the College’s mission.
