Strategic Plan
Savannah Technical College’s 2027–2031 Strategic Plan is a roadmap for how the College will continue to grow, evolve, and expand opportunity across Coastal Georgia. Developed through data analysis and input from students, faculty, staff, business partners, board members, and community leaders, the plan establishes priorities that will guide Savannah Tech over the next five years.
At the heart of the plan are four strategic goals focused on strengthening the College, expanding access to education and training, supporting student success, and delivering programs that meet the changing needs of our regional workforce.
