Graduation Planning Guide for Spring 2025 Ceremony

CAP AND GOWN ORDERING
If you received an email from Savannah Technical College (degree, diploma, certificate, GED graduates) indicating you are eligible to participate in graduation and plan to participate in the graduation ceremony, you must order your cap & gown online. You may order online at www.herffjones.com/college/graduation beginning March 3, 2025 and continuing through April 7, 2025. Announcements can be ordered through the Savannah Campus Shop.
COMMENCEMENT
All students receiving awards for their chosen program of study and/or participating in commencement are assessed a $40.00 graduation fee. These fees are non-refundable. Graduation fee payments are to be made at the cashier at the Campus Shop no later than Wednesday, May 16, 2025.
CAP AND GOWN PICK-UP
Caps and gowns will be available for pick-up at the Campus Shop on the Savannah campus beginning Thursday, May 15, 2025 and continue through Wednesday, May 28, 2025.
Cap and gown pick-up will be from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM each day and must be picked up by the participating student.
GRADUATION REHEARSAL
Rehearsal will be held the morning of graduation, June 4, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., in the Enmarket Arena. Please make sure you arrive on time. Graduation rehearsal is required for all participants.
GRADUATION NIGHT-June 4th
Graduation will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. All graduates need to be at the Enmarket Arena no later than 4:00 p.m. for line-up. Savannah Technical College has planned with a professional photographer to photo graduates on stage during the ceremony.

No tickets are required to attend.
