The Conover Assessment, an incredible tool to help you be “Workplace Ready!”
The Conover Assessment is designed to complement the technical skills you learn in the classroom and labs by providing you with a valuation of your soft skills. Soft skills refers to a group of personal qualities that enable someone to interact effectively and harmoniously with other people, personal qualities such as a positive attitude, the ability to communicate, to think critically, to organize and plan, to work with a team, and more. These talents are invaluable in the workforce and by honing them you to grow and thrive personally and professionally.
This tool will help you measure your knowledge in the following categories:
- Planning & Organization
- Interpersonal/Social Skills
- Media Rules
After you complete each session, you will be provided with a score, and then given the opportunity to learn how to improve your talents, should you need to.
