The Construction Management degree program is designed to prepare students for a career in some aspect of construction supervision. Basic carpentry skills include laying footings and foundations, framing, roofing, and interior and exterior finishing. Management skills include principles of accounting, construction drafting, cod e review, scheduling, and contracting. Program graduates receive an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Construction Management.
