The Human Resource Management Specialist Technical Certificate of Credit provides educational opportunities for both HR professionals and non-HR professionals to attain and/or enhance employment skills in the Human Resource Management arena.  Program courses deal with the philosophy, policies, procedures, and practices relating to the management of people within an organization, including personnel planning, work design, staffing, training, performance appraisal, compensation, and employee protection .
