Who is eligible?

• Anyone age 16 or older and not currently enrolled in school is eligible to attend. Students may enter or exit the program at any time, based on their needs.
• Prospective students, 16 & 17 years old, must obtain special permission to be enrolled, along with parent/legal guardian permission.
• A withdrawal form from the last school attended must be submitted for all under-age youth. All prospective students must present valid photo identification with birth date.

Individuals 16 or 17 years old will need:

• picture identification,
• birth certificate,
• withdrawal form from the last school attended on school letterhead
• parent’s permission form (available at office)
• parent’s identification

Individuals 18 and over will need
