What is the Georgia Work Ready?
Georgia Work Ready was created to ensure that Georgia's workers have the best skills, along with easy and free access to online training to improve workplace skills. The Work Ready Assessment is an internet-based test which shows how ready, or trainable, you are for a particular job based on three primary skills: Applied Mathematics, Reading for Information, and Locating Information. Each of these three skills is scored based on your answers. There is also an unscored portion of the Work Ready called the Talent Assessment which provides a profile of your workplace behaviors.
