Banner Web Access


The faculty web is a secure connection that provides access to grade rosters, faculty schedules, and student address information. The grade information entered by faculty is automatically transferred into the BANNER system.


Instructions for Access (Please print instructions for reference)

  1. Click on the “Login Secure Area”
  2. Key in Social Security Number the tab
  3. Key in date of birth as default (MMDDYY) - (ex: 012565)
  4. Click on "Faculty Services"
  5. Click on "Term Selection"
  6. Click drop box arrow and select the appropriate quarter
  7. Click on "Submit Term"
  8. Select the CRN using the drop box arrow
  9. Then click “Submit CRN”
  10. Click on “Final Grades”
  11. Click on “None” in the grade field
  12. Click the drop box arrow under the grade field
  13. Select the applicable grade/work ethics combinations
  14. Be sure to click on “Submit Grades” after entering three or four students’ grades
  15. To obtain address information, double click on the student’s name
  16. Click “Exit” to leave the secure area and exit the browser
  17. Enter Secure Area

NOTE:

  • There is a 15-minute time limit (if no activity)
  • Please make sure that all students’ names are listed
  • Each registered student must be given grades
  • If a student’s name does not appear on roll, see the Registrar
  • Remember to click on “Submit Grades” to save
  • Print a copy of submitted grades for your records
