Selected for Verification
Students who complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) may be selected by the U.S. Department of Education for verification of data submitted. If selected, the student must provide documentation to support the accuracy of information submitted on the Student Aid Report (SAR) or the Institutional Student Information Record (ISIR). Documentation may include but is not limited to:

Signed copy of the student's Federal Income Tax Return.

Signed copy of the parent's Federal Income Tax Return.

Copy of W-2 forms.

Other documents that provide proof of income or asset value.
