The Hotel, Restaurant & Tourism Management program prepares students for employment in the hospitality industry. Upon completion of two internships with local employers, students receive a Diploma with a specialization in Food and Beverage Management or Hotel Management. Graduates are qualified for a variety of careers in the hospitality industry such as front desk managers, hotel sales workers, food and beverage managers, and tour guides.
