The Computer Support Specialist Diploma program is designed to provide students with an understanding of the concepts, principles, and techniques required in computer information processing. The course content of the Computer Support Specialist Diploma program provides the student with the foundation for the CompTIA A+ and Network+ certification exams as well as the Core level Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification exams in Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
