International Student Admissions
At Savannah Technical College, we welcome international students and value the diversity in perspectives they bring to campus. Visa status is not a factor in the admission of students to Savannah Technical College. International students with student visas may attend STC as long as approval is granted by the United States Customs and Immigration Enforcement to accept international students. However, international students must meet those admissions requirements applicable to non-international student applicants.

Students who are lawfully residents in a country other than the United States and are studying at Savannah Technical College pursuant to a student visa shall pay tuition and fees at a rate four times that charged to Georgia residents.

Financial Requirements

A Certificate of Eligibility for Non-immigrant (F-1) Student Status (Form I-20) will be issued upon satisfactory completion of the required process.
Savannah Technical College requires that the student identify his/her country of lawful residence on the application for admission, and may require the submission of other information necessary to make a determination of the student's legal residency for tuition rate and student advisement purposes.
