Prepares graduates to become certified Direct Support Professionals who provide direct support for persons or individuals with development disabilities and other disabilities including older adults. In addition to providing skills for job enhancement for those direct personnel professionals already employed it will prepare a pathway for interested students aspiring to have a career in the field of direct support.
